A quilt should be used and loved
As a quilter of 29 years I know that there are beautiful quilt tops languishing in cupboards, on shelves or in project bags just waiting to be quilted. The reasons for not finishing the quilt may be the challenge of trying to fit a large quilt sandwich under the throat of your domestic sewing machine; or you may be disappointed with your own quilting results and this puts you off quilting any more tops; or you just love the process of piecing quilt tops but don't enjoy quilting them.
